Cel­e­brat­ing Fes­tive Sea­son at Four Seasons

At the Asian-influenced Ara­mara, Four Sea­sons will present spe­cial fes­tive menus and selected a la carte choices on Decem­ber 24 and 25, and a deca­dent Chef’s Tast­ing Menu on Decem­ber 31.

To cel­e­brate the ring­ing in of the new year, Four Sea­sons turns back the clock and par­ties like it’s 1977 with a Stu­dio 54–themed New Year’s Eve Party for all ages. The evening begins with a spe­cial sun­set menu of local and organic foods at tables set up around the Nuna Pool, includ­ing raw bar and caviar selec­tions; ceviche and tira­di­tos sta­tions; salad bar; freshly-made sushi, sashimi and tataki with just-caught seafood from local fish­er­man from the costal region of Puerto Val­larta; a hot dogs and slid­ers sta­tion; grown-up “mac ‘n cheese” with shrimp, lob­ster and truf­fles; stir fry and grill sta­tions; and of course a fab­u­lous sweets corner.

Then, it’s time to turn on the disco ball and count down to 2012. Bell-bottoms and poly­ester optional as Four Sea­sons shakes up retro cock­tails and guests enjoy danc­ing the night away to live music under the stars. There will be party favours for every­one to ring in the New Year with fire­works on the beach.

On Jan­u­ary 1st, Bahía will offer a sump­tu­ous buf­fet brunch from late morn­ing through the afternoon.
