Celebrating Festive Season at Four Seasons
At the Asian-influenced Aramara, Four Seasons will present special festive menus and selected a la carte choices on December 24 and 25, and a decadent Chef’s Tasting Menu on December 31.
To celebrate the ringing in of the new year, Four Seasons turns back the clock and parties like it’s 1977 with a Studio 54–themed New Year’s Eve Party for all ages. The evening begins with a special sunset menu of local and organic foods at tables set up around the Nuna Pool, including raw bar and caviar selections; ceviche and tiraditos stations; salad bar; freshly-made sushi, sashimi and tataki with just-caught seafood from local fisherman from the costal region of Puerto Vallarta; a hot dogs and sliders station; grown-up “mac ‘n cheese” with shrimp, lobster and truffles; stir fry and grill stations; and of course a fabulous sweets corner.
Then, it’s time to turn on the disco ball and count down to 2012. Bell-bottoms and polyester optional as Four Seasons shakes up retro cocktails and guests enjoy dancing the night away to live music under the stars. There will be party favours for everyone to ring in the New Year with fireworks on the beach.
On January 1st, Bahía will offer a sumptuous buffet brunch from late morning through the afternoon.
