With the Summer vacations things are picking up again this July and are looking pretty good throughout August in both hotels, St Regis and Four Seasons are on the rise this year, we can see families enjoying this break, whether having fun at the beach, lounging next to the pools or playing golf, etc. wealthy clients in majority Mexicans are returning or discovering Punta Mita for the first time.
Over all, confidence with our national visitors is on the rise after the elections which marked the return of the PRI, considered as more favorable to business and more apt to guaranty stability and peace throughout. This explains also that we started to see more Mexican developers back and hunger for Real Estate projects or land acquisition. This is a good sign for the near future.
Forecasts for next season are also positive, Hotel bookings as well as property rentals in our outstanding Resort seems stronger for this coming winter.
2012 has already proven to be a much better year than 2010 and 2011 put together, we believe that this will only confirm and accelerate itself by the end of the year and well into 2013, most probably after the Elections in the US with a stabilizing World Economy and some good economic datas.
