There’s plenty to be thankful for this November as the Resort’s creative culinary team puts on a series of meals for the whole family to enjoy. The main event is a Thanksgiving Dinner Feast created by Richard Sandoval at Ketsi, featuring a turkey carving station with all the trimmings; traditional sides including corn bread and sausage stuffing; beef ribeye, grilled shrimp and local catch of the day; abundant fresh salads; luscious desserts and more.
If there’s still room in your stomach the next day, Bahía will host a leisurely Friday brunch with a raw bar featuringceviche, oysters and other shellfish; Serrano ham carving, grilled shrimp, beef, chicken, fresh catch of the day and veggie skewers, an egg and waffle station and salad bar; wood-fired flat breads and lasagna; a stir-fry station for Asian flavors; and a sweet corner.
Later that night, don’t miss Carnival at the driving range near Tail of the Whale Restaurant. It’s an evening of family fun including live entertainment, games, food, and of course treat-filled piñatas.
Staying the whole week? The chefs at Aramara invite gourmands to their table on November 22, and the restaurant will also host a Mexican wine tasting on November 23, as well as a celebration menu on Thanksgiving Day. The team at Ketsi is also in a festive mood, with a Viva México party on Wednesday night before the next day’s Thanksgiving feast.
A Sweet Paradise party for the whole family is planned for November 21 at the Resort’s Boutiques with colourful piñatas, flowers, Mexican candies and dessert wines. Puerto Vallarta’s local artist Marco Alvarez will display his paintings in a special exhibition and sale on November 23.
