Aramara Christmas Eve and Christmas Day a la Carte
Enjoy a special Christmas Eve or Christmas Day dinner of elegant a la carte dishes created especially for the holidays. Choose from favorite seasonal flavors, like the slow-roasted organic turkey served with stuffing, or add an exotic Mexican twist to your celebration with a delicious duck tamale. These thoughtful menus are ideal for both the traditionalist or the adventurous diner.

New Year’s Eve at Las Cuevas Beach
Welcome to La Hacienda where you will celebrate the start of 2018 in unforgettable style on the beach. Adding to the party atmosphere will be live food stations offering a variety of Spanish-influenced cuisine with a gourmet Mexican twist. This is a wonderful chance to sample the rich and complex flavors of Mexican celebrations in a stunning setting on Las Cuevas Beach.

New Year’s Day Brunch at Bahia by Richard Sandoval
How better to start the first day of the New Year than with a lavish Champagne and Seafood Brunch?
