After graduating from culinary school in Veracruz, Mexico, Chef Peruyero worked with Ritz Carlton in several locations before taking positions as Executive Chef at many exclusive resort and hotel properties, including The Westin Resort & Spa Los Cabos, Sheraton Miramar, W Hotel Mexico City and Capella Hotels.
