Chef’s Table Series 2019 Welcomes Back Celebrated Chef

As part of the successful Chef’s Table Series, Punta Mita is delighted to welcome back celebrated Chef Maycoll Calderon. Originating from Venezuela, Maycoll has lived in 9 different countries, including the United States, Spain and Mexico, gaining culinary influence and technique from every destination.

Currently the Chef/Owner of Huset “Cocina de Campo”, which is considered one of Mexico City’s top dining destinations and winner of the 2016 Best Restaurant Opening in Mexico by Gourmet Awards, Maycoll also owns Hanky Panky, a speakeasy bar named by the New York Times and the Washington Post as one of the best bars in Mexico.

Join Chef Maycoll as he takes over the kitchen of Pacífico Grill Latino for three incredible nights (March 13th-15th), showcasing his take on contemporary Latin American cuisine. On March 12th, Cooking Class (complimentary for Club Punta Mita Members).
