Punta Mita Gastronomic Facebook LIVE Sessions

Food has a magical power, flavors can evoke memories deep buried in our brains, memories that many times can bring back smiles when we think about those delicious grandma’s cookies from our childhood, that chocolate cake served you got on your last birthday or the mouthwatering lunch by the beach you had on that travel to Punta Mita. Flavors have the power of awaking memories, and during these times when we miss traveling so much, Punta Mita had a great idea: to share with you the recipes of the most popular dishes from our beach clubs so that when preparing them we could send you a little of the tasty flavor of Punta Mita to your home.

For several weeks, our host Aaron Marcial and Punta Mita’s executive Chef Pato Pérsico, guided us through a total of 22 delicious recipes, each of them prepared in a different astounding location of our resort, adding a fabulous background view to the broadcast. Aaron and Chef Pato became the cooking sessions anchors, with occasional guest stars as Carl Emberson, Chef David Vidales from Pacifico Beach Club, Chef Hector Leyva from Hector’s Kitchen and Roberto Becerra from Babela’s.

All shared recipes were delicious and easy to prepare with the guidance of our cooking experts, who carefully selected recipes with ingredients that were easy to find, so our followers could replicate them at home. We prepared mouthwatering zarandeado fish, aguachiles, and delicious beef tacos, among many others; in collaboration with Barilla we also prepared amazing pastas such as Penne Rigatti, Spaghetti and Fusili Salad. And of course, each one of our dishes was paired with either a Monte Xanic wine or Tequila Patron from our 20th Anniversary special editions.

The flavors of the region have always been a treat to Riviera Nayarit visitors, and in recent years Punta Mita has definitely upped its culinary game. From simple fresh grilled fish, to elaborated gourmet creations… Punta Mita has options for everyone!

It has been a real pleasure for us to be able to share a little bit of paradise with you during these challenging times, hopefully our recipes brought to you and your family some delicious memories from your past stays at Punta Mita, and while you plan your next visit, we invite you keep trying all these fabulous dishes you can find in Punta Mita’s Facebook!

We are looking forward to welcome you again very soon so you can keep enjoying Punta Mita’s culinary scene, and this time we’ll do the cooking while you relax by the beach with refreshing a Margarita. See you soon!
