A Canadian Favorite Launches Punta Mita Chefs’ Table 2019

As part of the Punta Mita Chef’s Table Series 2019, we are thrilled to welcome back Sal Howell, founder and owner of the esteemed River Café in Calgary, Executive Chef Matthias Fong and members of the River Café culinary team, to create the first Punta Mita Chef’s Table of 2019.

River Café is a 27-year institution in fine dining in Calgary, having not only weathered two natural disasters from flooding, but building an inarguable reputation as one of the best eateries in the city, as our Calgarian Punta Mita residents will certainly tell you. Sal Howell has been an innovator in the farm-to-table movement and sustainable practice in her city and she and Chef Matthias will bring a delicious touch of River Café to Punta Mita that should not be missed. River Café is currently ranked #28 on Canada’s Best 100 Restaurant List.
