The restaurant is open for dinner from Thursday to Sunday from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Chef Miguel Soltero, nominated as Young Chef of the Future in the Gourmet Awards by Travel + Leisure Mexico, is unveiling an exquisite new menu, on which he has been working on for the past few months.
