Chef Durso will be creating exquisite vegan menu offerings at the resort’s three major restaurants, Aramara, Bahia by Richard Sandoval and Ketsi, as well as additions to the in-room dining menu.
This partnership has been inspired by guest requests and the hotel’s commitment to honoring fresh, local ingredients and catering to a wide array of healthy lifestyles.
